Order Information

Can I check the status of my order?
Any information you wish to receive about the state of your order is available in your My Orders page. Alternatively, you can give us a ring at 1 855 967 3267 or send us an email at orders@wordans.com
How can I choose to pay for my order?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express) and Paypal. You can pay cash or Interac if you choose to come at the store.
** Please do not send us an e-check by Paypal, this takes longer to validate (4-5 buisness days).

How secure is my personal information?
Wordans uses industry standard privacy protection; we don't sell, lease or otherwise distribute any personal customer information. What's more, all sensitive personal information is kept securely offline at our privately run datacenter.
What about cancellations and refunds?
Once your order has been placed, our goal is to get it processed as fast as possible. If your order has been processed, we will not be able to cancel your order. Cancellations are subject to a 15% cancellation fee for restocking. Refunds will be credited as a Wordans coupon code. More info
What if I don’t like my T-shirt once I get it?
  • If we make a mistake, we will send you a replacement or refund your money..
  • If you make a mistake with your order, call us and we will see what we can reasonably do to help you get the shirt you want.

Product & Printing

How do I take care of my garment?
To ensure the longevity of your printed garment be sure to follow our washing instructions:

 Garment after-care instructions:In order to ensure the longevity of your garment we suggest you follow some basic wash/dry instructions so that your garment looks as crisp and clean as it did the day it left our shop.

Instructions: Wash your garment inside-out and set your washing machine to its 'gentle' cycle using cold water.To avoid shrinkage and to keep the garment's elasticity; lay your garment out flat to air dry.If you have a clothes line, we suggest using it. It's the best way to keep your apparel looking fresh and new.To maintain the life of your garment, be sure to iron it inside out and only if you must. Avoid ironing the printed side of the fabric. Also, avoid dry cleaning as it may adversely affect the look of your garment.Wordans uses only high quality, durable printing processes. Follow these basic instrucions and your shirt will last over 50 washes.
What quality can I expect from my printed T-shirt?
We only use clothing made from trusted brands such as Gildan, Bella and American Apparel, guaranteeing the highest quality in terms of durablity and washibilty. For a complete list of products you can choose from, visit our Apparel page

You won't be wearing a thick heavy vinyl-coated t-shirt that will have you panting like a dog on a hot summer day! All our garments have been tested for the best printing results. Wordans custom t-shirts are perfect for any occasion, be it for events, resell, fashion or great gifts!
Why are all your shirts priced differently?

What is Digital Printing?
Print quality is industry leading, using Kornit's direct to garment digital printing for all our digital orders. That means no heat press products which peel off or fade away after wash like many competitors! Kornit is the leading brand in digital prinitng and the ONLY solution for optimal digital printing. We are proud to be one of the select few owners of Kornit in North America, guaranteeing the best qualtity printing in the custom t-shirt industry.
What is Screen-printing?
Screen-printing is perfect for orders with 30 T-shirts or more and allows you to get very nice effects such as puff-printing, glitter, high gloss, 4 color processes, jumbo printing and more.

Uploading Designs

What type of files can I upload?
We accept JPG, and PNG formats. Be sure to upload a high resolution version!
For best results, upload PNG files with transparent Backround.

  • If you don’t know how to remove the background, don’t worry we’ll do for you free of charge!

There's a white box around my design! What should I do?
Don't worry! This is a preview problem, you probably uploaded a JPEG with no transparency. We erase all white backrounds free of charge, and even touch up your designs! So place your order and we'll take care of the rest.
Will my design look exactly like it does on my computer screen?
Getting an accurate representation of your design printed onto your Wordans T-shirt relies on a couple factors:

  • Firstly, for optimal results and to ensure a faithful reproduction when printed, we suggest you use high resolution images. Ask us if your image quality is accurate if you have any doubts.
  • As for colors in your design- we can't guarantee exact color matching because we must convert colors to CMYK. This means that the exact color of red you used in your artwork may not turn out be the same red in your final print if in RGB. You may send us specific CMYK color codes which we will use to set the colors in your design; however, due to the nature of our printing process, we don't guarantee against minor color inaccuracies. We will, however, guarantee that we'll make every effort to render your colors faithfully on the garment of choice. In any case your red won't come out pink so don't worry!

Shop Owners

How do I receive my Designer or Affiliate commissions?
We pay out all designer and shop commissions within 30 days by PayPal. It's completely hassle-free and you can request to receive your funds anytime once you've earned at least 20$. Visit your earnings page to request a payment.
How do I make a profit off my designs?
Sell your wares as you see fit. Choose your own profit margins, create your own incentives and discounts, and personalize your boutique any way you like. Wordans gives you everything you need to get your brand out to the masses. Earn profit off every design printed and sold through Wordans.

Are government taxes deducted from my commissions?
We do not deduct any taxes from your commissions. The money in your Wordans account is exactly the sum you'll receive in your bank accoun
What are my rights as a Wordans Designer?
We've made sure to develop a fair and transparent program so that you feel absolutely comfortable with being a part of the Wordans Designer Community.
Who owns the copyrights to the designs I submit?
You retain all rights over every design you submit to us, be it in in your designer boutique or the Wordans Boutique. You have the option to re-use, take down, or sell your work anywhere you see fit. It's your creation after all. We just want to give you the tools to sell your work on our website.
