What type of files can I upload?

We accept EPS, AI, PSD, JPG, and PNG formats. Be sure to upload a high resolution version! More instructions on how to prepare your design for submission is available in Wordans Designer Lab.

Will my design look exactly like it does on my computer screen?

Getting an accurate representation of your design printed onto your Wordans T-shirt relies on several factors.

• Firstly, for optimal results and to ensure a faithful reproduction when printed, we urge you to follow the Wordans Design Guidelines. It's a set of simple requirements which will have your design printed exactly as you've intended. The better you know how to prepare your submitted file, the closer to the original artwork your final printed design will be

  As for colours in your design- we can't guarantee exact color matching becausewe must convert colors to CMYK. This means that the exact colour of red you used in your artwork may not turn out be the same red in your final print if in RGB. You may send us specific Pantone colour codes which we will use to set the colours in your design; however, due to the nature of our printing process, we don't guarantee against colour inaccuracies. We will, however, guarantee that we'll make every effort to render your colours faithfully on the garment of choice. In any case your red won't come out pink so don't worry!

What quality can I expect from my printed T-shirt?

We only use clothing made in North America, guaranteeing the highest quality in terms of durablity and washibilty. Print quality is industry leading, using direct to garment digital printing for all our t-shirts. That means no heat press products which peel off or fade away after wash like many competitors

You won't be wearing a thick heavy vinyl-coated t-shirt that will have you panting like a dog on a hot summer day!

How can I choose to pay for my order?

We accept all major credit cards, Paypal, and money orders. We also take cash if you choose to pay in person at our store.

How secure is my personal information?

Wordans uses industry standard privacy protection; we don't sell, lease or otherwise distribute any personal customer information. What's more, all sensitive personal information is kept securely offline at our privately run datacenter.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order anytime before we've actually processed and printed it. Your money will be refunded to your account. Just send us an e-mail orgive us acall before hand!

What if I don't like my t-shirt once I get it?

If you are not pleased with the quality or craftsmanship that goes into every Wordans product, or if you simply feel like your design is not faithfully represented in the final print. Simply, return the product and we'll promptly refund your purchase. Give us a call or send us an e-mail before returning the item for approval.

Can I check the status of my order?

Any information you wish to receive about the state of your order is available in your "My Wordans" page. Alternatively, you can give us a ring at 1-514-286-2446.

How do I receive my Designer or Affiliate Commisions?

We pay out all designer commissions via direct bank transfer, paypal, or by check. It's completely hassle-free and you can request to receive your funds anytime after you've earned a minimum of $25.00 in your account.

Are government taxes deducted from my commissions?

We do not deduct any taxes from your commissions. The money in your Wordans account is exactly the sum you'll receive in your bank account.

What are my rights as a Wordans Designer?

We've made sure to develop a fair and transparent program so that you feel absolutely comfortable with being a part of the Wordand Designer Community.

Who owns the copyrights to the designs I submit?

You retain all rights over every design you submit to us, be it in in your designer boutique or the Wordans Boutique. You have the option to re-use, take down, or sell your work anywhere you see fit. It's your creation after all. We just want to give you the tools to sell your work on our website. The only thing we ask is that we have a limited exclusive engagement to re-produce your designs through Wordans. This means that for as long as you choose to make your designs available through Wordans, they cannot be printed by any other online custom t-shirt printing site.

How do I make a profit off my designs?

Sell your wares as you see fit. Choose your own profit margins, create your own incentives and discounts, and personalize your boutique any way you like. Wordans gives you everything you need to get your brand out to the masses. Earn profit off every design printed and sold through Wordans.
