How and why did you start your business?<\/b><\/h3>

I decided to start my business for several reasons. Firstly, I’ve always had a passion for baking. During COVID, I was researching and learning about vegan baking, and eventually, I reached a point where I felt I had enough knowledge and skills to offer something unique in the market. Additionally, I’ve always valued independence and the possibility of being my own boss.<\/span><\/p>

I wanted to have control over my work and my life, and entrepreneurship seemed like the best way to achieve that. Lastly, I saw an opportunity in the market that I believed I could capitalize on. I noticed there was no 100% vegan pastry shop or bakery in Barcelona, and I realized I had the ability and vision to meet that need in an innovative way. One of the most challenging parts of starting was facing the uncertainty and inherent risks of starting a business from scratch. I had no guarantees of success and knew I would face numerous obstacles along the way. Additionally, managing time and resources was another significant challenge.
