At Wordans we’re always looking for ways to improve the online shopping experience for our customers, and we’re delighted to announce that the new version of our website is up and running. We’ve listened to our customers, and worked hard to make the site easier to navigate, and easier on the eye. We’ve also added some new features to help you during the ordering process, and written this short guide so you can get the most out of the new Wordans.
Improved Bulk Order Form
Many of our orders are from businesses that buy wholesale, so we’ve upgraded our bulk-buy process. You can now order different sizes and colors from the same page, rather than doing each item separately. Use the drop-down table to add different sizes and colors of your selected product all at once. We keep track of everything at the bottom, so you can always see exactly what you’re ordering, and edit or remove anything if you change your mind. We’ve made some other upgrades too:
- If you’d like to order more than the maximum number of products, or you’d like a quote for customization, just click the button. This will take you to our express quote form, fill it in and our sales team will get back to you as soon as possible with a quote for the best price available.
- If the product is out of stock, click the icon. You can fill in your email address, and we’ll send you a notification as soon as we get more in stock.
- If you’re planning ahead, click the ‘Stock in 30 Days’ toggle to see the predicted stock in 30 days time, based on orders we are currently processing and scheduled deliveries.
How to Use the Express Quote Form
You can access the express quote form from any product, either by clicking the , or the ‘customize’ button. Fill in the information about the products you require, and for customization requests, add the details about the designs you’d like. Our sales team will get back to you as soon as possible with a quote for the lowest price possible.
Simple Order Tracking
We’ve made this easier too. If you have an account, you just need to log in to see your order history, click on the order you want to track, and you can check its progress.
If you don’t have an account, go to the ‘order tracker’ link in the footer, where you can search by order number and email. If you don’t have your order number, choose the second option. You can then enter the email address you used, and we’ll send an email with all the order numbers associated with that address.

We’ve also made significant improvements to our information pages. So if you need to know more about shipping, pricing, collaborations, or have any other questions, it’s much easier to find, and more accurate.
- Our shipping pages now feature dynamic pricing tables which are continuously updated. You can see carrier prices, and any active shipping promotions or discounts, all in real time.
- Our partners page has all the information you need if you’d like to work with us, whether as a printer, influencer, supplier or other business.
- Our investors page has the information, contacts, and data you need if you’re considering investing in our journey.
- Our improved FAQs should clear up any other doubts you might have.
