Customization Policy

We want to help our customers create products with designs that are unique, meaningful, and with which they can identify. We believe in the power of custom apparel and accessories to unite groups and communities.

For this purpose, yet in view of our corporate ethical principles, we apply certain content standards to balance our clients’ own goals and freedom of speech with the potential impact on others and the entire society, as we take our role as a platform for expression seriously and strive to fulfill it responsibly.

The following guidelines for product customization are not intended to be exhaustive, and the final decision on whether to approve a design will always rest with us, as we periodically review and update these policies as appropriate.

Content Standards

At our sole discretion and good judgment, we may and will refrain from printing designs and content when we are reasonably confident that they:

• Encourage, promote or incite, directly or indirectly, hatred, hostility, discrimination or violence against a group, a part of a group or against a specific person because of their belonging to a group, for racist, anti-Semitic, anti-Gypsy or other reasons related to ideology, religion or beliefs, family situation, belonging to an ethnic group, race or nation, national origin, sex, sexual orientation or identity, gender, aporophobia, illness or disability.

• Uses profanity or expresses hatred, anger, or harsh criticism regarding public figures.

• Constitute libel, slander, defamation, or otherwise harm the honor, self-image or reputation of a person or entity.

• Encourage, promote, or incite fraud or any other illegal activity.

• Defend an alleged criminal or criminal act.

• Encourage, promote, or feature the use of hard drugs.

• Encourage, promote, or feature underage drinking, smoking, or the use of marijuana.

• Depict graphic violence, including self-harm, with potential exceptions for specific historical images.

• Explicit sexual content or nudity of a non-artistic/health/medical nature.

• Explicit content exploit or abuse children, including, but not limited to, images or depictions of child abuse or sexual abuse, or that present children in a sexual manner.

• Encourage, promote, or feature animal abuse or cruelty.

• Encourage, promote, support or funding of, or membership in, a terrorist organization.

• Encourage or threaten physical harassment of public figures or their family.

• Depicts people as animals (particularly in a way that dehumanizes or encourages violence).

• Encourage or threaten bodily harm or destruction of property.

• Include information that is false, inaccurate, misleading, tortious, vulgar, obscene, invasive, or otherwise objectionable.

• Disclose, infringe, or violate the intellectual or industrial property rights of third parties, including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, rights of publicity, or other personal or proprietary rights.

• Include products, texts, images, designs, trademarks, service marks or any copyrighted work of third parties, unless you have obtained proper authorization from the owners, or it is distinctively and uniquely modified. 

Order Placement

By placing a personalized order on this Website, you:

• Warrant that your order does not contravene any of the aforementioned standards or infringe any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, publicity or privacy rights, or libel or defame them, and that you have all required rights or permissions necessary to incorporate third party material into your products, including any third party material available through a third party design service accessible through the Website.

• Warrant that you have the necessary permission, right and authority to place such an order, and you authorize us to customize the products on your behalf.

• Warrant that you have sufficient rights to allow us to copy, distribute, use, modify, create derivative works, and disseminate any content you have uploaded, for the purpose of fulfilling the order and/or presenting you with marketing campaigns for products or services.

• Grant us the right to copy, modify, distribute, use, create derivative works and disseminate any content you have uploaded, for the purpose of fulfilling the order and/or presenting you with marketing campaigns for products or services.

The minimum and maximum possible order placements vary depending on the supplier and the product. The customization tool indicates the restrictions that apply, not allowing you to continue if you do not reach the minimum, or not allowing you to include more products when you reach the maximum.

In the event that the content submitted by the client has any design or artwork issues, including but not limited to poor quality images, necessary editing (background, colors) and/or bad positioning, our customization team will immediately contact the client to try to improve the design and confirm the details thereof. If the client does not respond to any communication within 72h, we will be forced to proceed with the content latest version.

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOUR USE OF THE CUSTOMIZATION SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
