Cotton that is discarded during the manufacturing process (Pre-Consumer waste) is collected rather than discarded, put through an intensive reclaiming and regenerating process that is
then spun back into yarn for textile manufacturing. The pre-consumer waste unused fiber represents over 12% of all cotton grown and is generally sent to landfills. Our process is saving millions of gallons annually by distilling and reusing 98% of all water that is then put back into the new process.
